Meet Avalana: The woman behind the brand.

Having worked for almost a decade through a variety of creative industries as an in-house designer and artist, I felt the time was now to take the lead in my own creative journey. In the Summer of 2018, Avalana was born from a watercolour set an Instagram account and a dream. I wanted to take back the freedom to design prints that I am bursting with enthusiasm to create. Taking my time over intricately hand-painting each element of every design is a very important aspect of the brand. I continue to offer my clients a bespoke design service where they can come direct to myself, the artist, for their interior decor projects. I have been overwhelmed with the positive response and the opportunities I’ve had to create unique designs for clients all over the world.

I am extremely proud to be a woman in business who has launched a design brand from scratch. Avalana Design has allowed me to have creative freedom. I am passionate and determined to create a business that can stand the test of time, offering truly unique designs and that provides an opportunity to work with other creatives. The brand has been recognised by The Times Property, and has been featured on television programs such as BBC Interior Design Masters and Channel 5’s Dream Kitchen & Bathrooms with Mark Miller.
